My client, a national, full practise law firm are seeking to hire a Partner level attorneys to join the Corporate & Finance Practise Groups across several of their US offices. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience performing general corporate, M&A and/or Private Equity transactional work at a large or mid-size law firm and a self-sustaining portable book of business in the respective practise area.

Examples of specific types of desired experience include:

• Representing buyers and sellers in M&A transactions and recapitalizations
• Representing investors purchasing preferred equity and convertible notes in private company capital raises
• Especially deep experience in the energy, finance, healthcare and life sciences industries
• Experience with corporate governance and general corporate matters
• A Portable book of business valued at $500,000+
