Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney located in Knoxville, TN. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing labor and employment law services, legal advice, researching, negotiating, and ensuring quality legal representation for clients.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Law and Labor and Employment Law
• Experience in providing legal advice, conducting research and negotiation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Admission to Tennessee Bar or ability to be admitted promptly
• 2-4 years of attorney experience in labor and employment law practice is preferred
• Strong academic credentials, including a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
