👩🏻‍💻 Role: Attorney (Commercial Litigation)

• Meeting with and advising clients via telephone, in person, and video regarding a variety of commercial legal matters
• Managing own caseload of commercial litigation cases with little supervision, including communicating with the Principal Attorney, paralegals, and clients to ensure cases are handled efficiently
• Provide initial analysis, develop case strategy, conduct legal research, draft motions and attend hearings
• Forming and nurturing long-term relationships with clients and serving as a trusted advisor, providing practical advice and bringing possible outcomes or threats to their attention.
• Contributing to increasing firm efficiency and development of processes and procedures

💼Requirements:

• ⏳ 3+ years of experience in commercial litigation
• 🌟 Must be licensed to practice law in the state of California
• ⏰ Minimum 1,500 - 1,700 billable hours required per year, depending on pay
• 💰 Consecutive book of business of US$ 250,000 or more
• ❤️ Empathetic with a strong desire to help others

💰 Package & Benefits:

• Up to $175K - 1m!!!! depending on experience + 401K
