We are currently assisting a well-known litigation defense firm in recruiting a skilled Attorney with a proven track record in nursing home litigation or similar practice areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research, case investigations, and gather evidence
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and mediation.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to strategize and develop effective case strategies.
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting nursing home litigation.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • TN Bar license
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in nursing home litigation.
  • Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent negotiation and courtroom advocacy skills.

This role can be in-person or hybrid! Our client offers a very laid-back and flexible environment.
