Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Attorney, primarily located in Albany, New York Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for some remote work. The Attorney will be responsible for legal advice, research, negotiation, and representing clients in commercial, litigation, banking or cannabis. The Attorney will also be responsible for labor and employment law.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Law, including Commercial, Litigation, Banking or Cannabis
• Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
• Excellent legal research and analytical skills
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple cases
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in the New York jurisdiction
• Experience in a leading law firm is preferred
