Seasoned Litigation Attorney:

Westchester real estate law firm is looking for attorneys with at least 3-10 years of litigation and trial practice experience. Candidates must be focused, organized, goal-oriented, and possess a proactive work ethic. The ideal candidate is a polished professional with a high level of competency. Position Requirements:

• At least 3-10 years of experience in lender liability, or title litigation; Real estate and/or mortgage foreclosure litigation experience a plus
• Must have in-state court proceedings experience.
• Court appearances both in-person and virtual
• Conducting Depositions and trials
• Admitted in NYS. Federal Court and NJ admission a plus
• Personal Skills Requirements:
• Reliable and dependable;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Strong attention to organization and detail; and

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $110,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year based on level of experience
