Premier Atlanta Law Firm seeking Associate Attorney
The ideal candidate will manage litigation cases and resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients by developing agreements, negotiating contacts, setting claims and advocating for clients in court. This individual will build client relationships and provide an excellent customer experience for clients.
Duties and Responsibilities • Legal Research • Draft pleadings i.e. complaints, responses to MTD, MSJ etc. • Settlement negotiations • Prepare and attend Depositions • Prepare and respond to discovery and deal with discovery issues • Attend court hearings
Education: • Juris Doctorate Degree
Qualifications: 2+ yrs experience i n a legal practice Passed the Georgia Bar. Area of Law: First Party Litigation Bilingual preferred (English and Spanish) Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
