Edwards Beightol, LLC, located in Raleigh, North Carolina, is looking for an associate attorney with 0-3 years of experience. The attorney will work closely with the name partners, largely on complex injury and wrongful death cases across all the firm’s practice areas. Edwards Beightol is a plaintiff litigation firm focusing on personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, sexual assault and abuse, civil rights and employment matters.    Details: ·              Full-time ·              Three-month trial period ·              Flexible start date, depending on candidate availability ·              Options for mostly or partially remote work, with computer and phone to be provided ·              In-person work will be required occasionally upon request   Duties and Responsibilities : ·              Support lead attorneys in all aspects of litigation ·              Client communications ·              Answer discovery ·              Research and writing for motions and briefs ·              Once trained and/or as experience permits: handle hearings & deposition, second or third chair trials
