FLAG is looking for a senior level attorney to join our team! Do you have at least 8 years of experience in family law or another area of law that would complement our current areas of practice (such as immigration, business, probate, tax, or civil litigation)? Do you enjoy working collaboratively with a team? Do you value flexibility and work-life balance? If so, we would love to chat! We currently have two associate attorneys, one paralegal, and two legal assistants available to provide support to another senior level attorney. We are open to a variety of arrangements or situations—maybe you have been thinking about going out on your own but want the support of a firm in place? Maybe you are a solo who needs more associate and administrative support? Maybe you want to be on a partner track or you want to be of counsel and practice for a few more years before easing slowly into retirement? Maybe you want to work a reduced or flexible schedule to have more time with your children? We are very flexible in the position so that we can find the right person who shares our core values join our team.
