Moustakas Nelson is a boutique business, corporate, technology, and IP law firm looking for a business and/or litigation associate attorney. Billables of 1,200-1,500 hours. We value a work-life balance and are happy to accommodate part-time and hybrid attorneys.

The ideal candidates can work well independently in a collegial, supportive environment, and are ambitious in servicing existing firm clients as well as assisting in bringing in new business to the firm.

Qualifications

1. J.D. Degree
2. License to practice law in New Jersey. Additional state(s) are a plus.
3. 2+ years experience as practicing attorney.
4. Strong writing and communication skills and attention to detail.
