Entrusted Advisors is actively seeking talented Insurance Coverage Litigation Attorneys for a flexible, remote engagement with a corporate legal department in the insurance sector. Candidates must have experience handling highly complex or specialized insurance coverage matters from pleadings through trial, managing litigation preparation, developing the litigation strategy, and preparing all necessary materials i.e., briefs, motions, discovery, depositions, experts, etc., and advising on whether a case should be tried or settled. This is an exciting opportunity to handle substantive work and interface directly with business clients while building a career that's customized to you.

Successful candidates will have the following:

• Significant (10+ years) of experience with the practices and procedures of litigation management within an insurance organization.
• Significant (10+ years) of experience in claims and/or law firm with a progressively increasing level of responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of California insurance laws and regulations and licensed in California.
• Requires trial and/or litigation experience.
