Fast paced, busy elder law firm seeks experienced elder, law/trusts & estates, special needs attorney with at least 3 years of experience in elder law, estate planning, surrogate's court procedure, guardianship court procedure, Medicaid applications, real estate transfers and sales. Familiarity with PC Law, HotDocs, Word, Excel, any languages a plus. Candidate must be reliable and punctual. Monday - Thursday, 9am-6pm, Friday 9am-5pm. Salary commensurate with experience.
