Role Description This is a full-time Trial Attorney role that requires working on-site at The Law Offices of Joseph J. Cariglia in Worcester, MA. The Trial Attorney will be responsible for handling all aspects of litigation, including preparing for and attending court hearings, handling depositions, preparing and responding to motions, and conducting trials.

Qualifications

• Law degree and active membership in the Massachusetts State Bar
• Experience with motions, courts, and trials
• Experience with conducting depositions and preparing and responding to motions
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Demonstrated commitment to obtaining fair and just results for clients
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus
• Experience in personal injury law or related practice areas is a plus
