The focus of the firm is on amicable resolutions when possible and litigation only when necessary.

Role Description This is a full-time role. The Attorney and Paralegal will work both from the Boca Raton location and remotely. Responsibilities include providing legal advice and drafting legal documents, conducting research, negotiating settlements, and assisting in trial preparation. The Attorney and Paralegal will also communicate with clients regularly and assist in file management and organization.

Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited law school for Attorney position
• Admission to the Florida Bar for Attorney position
• Experience in family law, including dissolution of marriage, paternity, child-related matters, and drafting prenuptial and postnuptial agreements for Attorney and Paralegal position
• Strong research and writing skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience is a plus for Paralegal position
