Our client is a large global law firm with offices across America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia and has one of the largest dispute resolution practices following successful mergers.

The firm’s Litigation practice is looking to recruit an experienced litigation attorney admitted to practice in New York, to assist with complex international disputes across its different sectors including marine, construction, and commercial in the firm’s London and US offices’.

The team’s recent work includes advising US and foreign insurers in high-value and high-profile insurance coverage disputes relating to property damage and business interruption loss in the US state and federal courts.

The Litigation department acts on claims of all sizes, handling complex coverage litigation, arbitration and mediation concerning multimillion pound/dollar claims.

The Candidate

• 4 - 8 years’ experience in Litigation / Arbitration
• Experience in US State and Federal courts
• Strong communicator
• Excellent team member, able to give feedback and manage others
• Able to develop client relationships and business development
