Thriving Braintree law firm seeks RI litigation associate with 3-5 years of litigation and court experience. Condominium and real estate law is also helpful. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney to join our team representing over 7,000 condominium and homeowner associations to handle challenging and diverse cases involving condominium law, land use and zoning disputes, construction defects, premises liability, breach of contract and myriad of other claims.

Candidate must have excellent legal research and writing skills. Candidates with litigation experience including trials, depositions, and motion practice are preferred. This position offers an associate attorney to work closely with experienced attorneys, while also providing the opportunity to assume significant responsibility, including client contact, early on. Candidates must be a member of the RI Bar. Admission to practice in MA also strongly preferred.
