As our In-House General Counsel, you will work closely with all departments to oversee all day-to-day legal affairs of the organization. This role will be able to balance critical items with confidence and care while advising the organization's Executive Team on the best path forward on all legal matters. This is a brand new role within the organization and we are looking for someone who is eager to collaborate and have a drastic impact on our day-to-day activities.

  • Provide legal counsel on all state and federal regulatory issues, ensuring that all company interests are properly represented.
  • Develop and recommend company positions on legal issues to mitigate any potential legal risk.
  • Identify and assess legal, business, and regulatory risks as well as offer steps to maintain compliance.
  • Prepare and review all written legal contracts and documents.
  • Provide legal analyses, interpretations, and guidance to maintain compliance with policies and laws.
