What we are looking for: a plaintiff-side employment law firm dedicated to representing the rights of employees, is currently hiring for the position of associate litigation attorney. The qualified candidate will possess 0-5 years of litigation experience. Previous experience conducting client/witness interviews, drafting pleadings, propounding and responding to discovery, and taking and defending depositions is preferred. The litigation attorney will be responsible for the day-to-day management of an active litigation case load with direction and guidance from the partners and senior associates within the firm. The associate will also have the opportunity to participate in mediation's and sit second-chair in arbitration's and jury trials. If you are interested, please forward a copy of your resume.
