Who we are
 
The Legal Operations Analyst supports all aspects of Legal Operations. This position will work closely with the Director of Legal Operations and will be responsible for various tasks including contract management, vendor management, liaising with internal stakeholders and relevant vendor resources, matter management, and routine operational reporting.

 

Why Attentive needs you

  • Maintain legal matter management system, including accurate data input and trend analysis.
  • Assist with department monthly reports and dashboards, legal quarterly accruals and other reports as requested.
  • Identify, make recommendations, and implement process improvements in reporting analysis and system capabilities.
  • Manage both client and vendor contracts within Contract Repository including reviewing new contracts, performing contract audits, and interfacing with internal stakeholders to ensure contract accuracy.
  • Interface with select vendor resources to ensure completeness of vendor contracts.
  • Interface with internal Legal Team to provide operational support

 

About you

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Legal experience
  • 2+ year experience in corporate Legal or Operations or Masters Degree, preferably
  • Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills with critical attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders including senior management.
  • Excellent analytical skills and comfort with multiple data sets, with the ability to draw conclusions and make informed recommendations
  • Track record in balancing multiple priorities simultaneously with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlines.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Ideally, has experience working with Office365 including SharePoint and Power Automate

For US based applicants:
  • The US base salary range for this full-time position is $63,000 - $88,000 base + equity + benefits
  • Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location
