Duties
Our client would like to bring someone on ASAP to provide leave coverage. The anticipated start of the leave is 11/16 to allow for cross-training they would like to have someone start on or before 10/30/2023. The position is SW of Boston and currently has a hybrid schedule of 4 days in and 1 day work from home. This could be negotiated if need be. Duties include but are not limited to:
Review of customer documents such as Power of Attorneys and Guardianships
Handling court documents such as wage garnishments, subpoenas, and bankruptcies
Contract review and management of contract tracking database
Legal research and advice
Regulatory Change Management
Review and approve association groups for coverage
Review and approve marketing materials
Assist with Customer Identification Verification
Product/Filing research
