Description This role supports the Office of the General Counsel and is responsible for analyzing conflicts in legal matters, advising clients on solutions, and negotiating on behalf of clients. Profile The ideal candidate will have the following:

5+ years experience as an attorney working within a conflicts department.
Experience erecting ethical walls, identifying possible conflicts from conflict reports, answering conflict-related questions from firm personnel.
JD; active member of the Bar.
