Position: FDA Regulatory & Compliance Associate Office: Washington, D.C. Experience: 2 - 7 Years of Experience

Ideal Candidate We are seeking highly-motivated, entrepreneurial candidates to serve as a non-partner attorney in our growing FDA regulatory and compliance practice. The ideal candidate will enjoy problem-solving for clients and taking ownership of projects early in their career. The collegial and collaborative practice advises on all FDA-regulated product areas and will advise on issues throughout a product’s life cycle, including product development strategy, clinical trial compliance, pre-market submissions, labeling, advertising and promotion, adverse event reporting, warning letters, product recalls, agency inspections and remediation of inspection findings. The practice also works closely with our patent litigation group. Experience working on diagnostics, software, cell and gene therapies and/or biologics/biosimilars is a plus. Candidates must demonstrate they are a good fit for a highly collegial and collaborative work environment. Candidates should be excited to work with cutting edge technologies and have a passion for innovation in the life sciences industry.

Candidates should have FDA regulatory experience representing food, drug and/or device clients or commensurate experience working at the FDA. We will consider candidates who would be specialists or generalists within the regulatory and compliance practice.

Where required by law, salary ranges are stated below. Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus, health/welfare benefits (including parental, adoption, and fertility benefits), flexible time off, and paid holidays. The range displayed is specifically for positions performed in those cities/states and may vary based on factors including but not limited to the following: market data and ranges; an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience (including class year); and, certain degrees, licensing, and certifications.

Washington, D.C. annual salary range: $235,000 to $420,000
