The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction law, with a focus on litigation. You will be responsible for representing clients in construction disputes, providing legal advice, conducting legal research, and developing case strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of construction litigation matters from inception to resolution.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on construction law issues.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop effective case strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in the state of Nevada.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction litigation.
