Role Overview:
As a legal secretary, your role is crucial to supporting our lawyers and maintaining efficient office procedures. You won't be tied to a specific lawyer but will actively contribute to the overall success of the team.
Responsibilities:
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Familiarity with Document Management Systems (e.g., DeskSite)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good judgment and effective communication
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Efficient time management and multitasking
- Independent work capability with anticipation of needs
- Maintaining calendars, meetings, and travel schedules
- Handling complex expense reports
- Record-keeping per the firm's policies

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 4 - 7 years of related experience

Preferred:
- B.A. or B.S. degree
- Previous experience in a professional services firm
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools
