We represent victims of sexual abuse in civil cases. Our attorneys have extensive experience advocating for survivors of sexual abuse. We are dedicated to helping victims of these horrible crimes heal the wounds of their abuse by empowering them through the legal process.

This is a full-time remote position for a Research & Writing Attorney. Candidates must be based in New York or Florida. This position will be responsible for performing legal research, analysis, and writing. This includes preparing motions in Limine and responding to motions for summary judgement and other dispositive motions. The position will be responsible for managing and prioritizing multiple cases and deadlines and communicating in a highly effective manner with team members.

Qualifications

5+ years of strong legal research and writing experience

Licensed with the New York State Bar

Proficiency in using legal research tools such as Westlaw

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Ability to take direction and constructive criticism

Experience with an appellate practice a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
