Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate and Real Estate Litigation Attorney to join our San Diego team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of comprehensive experience in business and real estate litigation, demonstrating a deep understanding of corporate and real estate legal matters and strategic legal counsel and all aspects of litigation from initial filings to discovery to trial. Solo practitioners are encouraged to apply. A portable book of business is not required but is encouraged.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice and counsel on a wide range of business, real estate and corporate matters pertaining to litigation.
• Represent clients in all stages of litigation including pleadings, research, discovery, court appearances and trial.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop effective legal strategies.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in California
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in litigation.
• Proven track record of success in handling complex legal matters.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Compensation:

The base salary for this position is in the range of $150,000 to $185,000, commensurate with experience.
