Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Healthcare Attorney who will be responsible for providing legal advice and counsel to LinqCare's leadership team. The Healthcare Attorney will be responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts, ensuring compliance with state and federal healthcare laws and regulations, negotiating with third-party vendors, resolving legal disputes as they arise, and working with internal stakeholders to ensure legal compliance in all aspects of business operations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations, with experience working with Medicare and Medicaid
• Experience with healthcare contracting, compliance, and legal disputes
• Experience with friendly PC stricture, MSO and CPoM
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• JD from an accredited law school
• Admission to the bar in the relevant state(s)
• Experience in telemedicine or behavioral health industry is a plus
