Wyman Legal Solutions is an enterprising litigation firm mainly focusing on construction disputes but with some business and real estate litigation mixed in. We are on track for aggressive growth and need to add a full-time, experienced, positive, organized, professional associate attorney so the owner can focus on building this million-dollar firm into a multi-million-dollar firm.

We're looking for someone who can handle matters from pre-suit dispute resolution through pre-trial, and everything in between: depositions, motion practice, negotiations, etc. We have an excellent senior trial attorney here, so you would be part of a team approach to our files.

It is really important that you know how to keep a case moving forward and that you are able to speak to clients with confidence, empathy, and respect.

Ideal candidates have experience litigating business, real estate, or construction disputes in Florida. While skills and experience are essential and valued, your personality, character, intelligence, and integrity are also critical considerations.

Compensation: $93,500 to $155,000 annual (base + incentives)
