Entrusted Advisors is actively seeking talented global trade attorneys for a fully remote long term engagement with a corporate legal department. Candidates must have extensive knowledge of global trade regulations (US and EU), export controls, sanctions, and customs regulations. This role will provide guidance and counsel to our client's business units regarding sanctions, export controls, and customs laws. The attorney will also provide legal support and counseling to the corporate global trade compliance functions, assess legal and regulatory risks around the world. Successful candidates will have the following:

• Extensive experience (7+ years) in international trade law, specifically focusing on EU export control sanctions and customs regulations.
• Knowledge of changes in relevant laws, regulations, and policies to ensure compliance and advise on potential impacts on the organization.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant international trade laws, including but not limited to EU regulations, export controls, sanctions, and customs procedures.
• At least 3 years working in an in-house or outside general counsel capacity
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide practical legal advice.
• Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong academic credentials and oral and written communication skills
• Must be licensed to practice law in good standing in at least one state
