Corporate Counsel - Real Estate Transactions

The ideal candidate will have experience negotiating and reviewing real estate purchase and sale agreements, joint venture agreements, loan documents, and other ancillary real estate transaction documents. Experience closing transactions and leading a team is strongly preferred.
