Law Firm Intake Specialist

Busy Baltimore Law Firm seeks intake specialist to interview and screen prospective clients. This is a full time position. This is an on-site job. The ideal candidate will have a four year college degree. Prior experience in marketing or customer service is preferred.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Direct communication with prospective clients
  • Perform preliminary interview to qualify potential clients
  • Work directly with attorneys
  • Educate clients on the law firm's services
  • Data input

We will train you on software, interviewing skills, and best practices. There is a congenial team environment.
