Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Business Immigration Attorney. The Business Immigration Attorney will be responsible for managing and advising clients on various immigration issues, including visas and immigration law. The Attorney will also be responsible for handling legal issues related to immigration and providing legal counsel on business immigration matters.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of immigration issues, visas, and immigration law
• O-1, H-1B, L-1, TN, EB-1, EB-2, and similar case type experience
• Experience in managing immigration cases and advising clients
• Ability to handle legal issues related to immigration

Essential Qualifications

• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• JD from an accredited law school and admission to a bar
