Position: Associate Attorney Location: Newport Beach, CA Type: Full-Time On-site We are seeking an Associate Attorney for our Newport Beach law office with 2 to 7 years of experience. The position is for an associate attorney who will be working primarily in civil litigation and transactional law. Candidates must be prepared to take and defend depositions, make court appearances (e.g. Case Management Conference, Trial Setting Conference, Settlement Conference, Law and Motion, etc.) and appear at and conduct trials (depending on experience). Candidates must be a member of the California State Bar, who can work independently, and as part of a team. Candidates must also be organized and familiar with all aspects of the litigation process, including court rules, procedures, and deadlines, demonstrate effective planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills, exercise sound judgment, have the ability to prioritize workload and assignments, and possess excellent oral and written communication skills. NOTE

• 1. The firm is looking for a candidate with experience in Personal Injury law, Business litigation, real estate and family law. The candidate should have multiple experience in these areas of law. He/She should be open to training and exploring new areas of law not restricted to any one area of law.
