Company Description Seacoma Law, PLLC is a family law and personal injury law firm with offices in Tacoma, Washington with flexibility for remote work. We serve clients in Pierce County Superior Court and King County Superior Court in Seattle and Kent. Our experienced attorneys have a high client and legal professional rating. We specialize in family law including divorce, and also help victims receive compensation in personal injury law cases.

Role Description This is a full-time position for a Family Law Attorney. The candidate will be responsible for managing a range of cases and representing clients in court and during negotiations. They will conduct legal research, provide legal counsel, draft legal documents, and engage in motions and depositions. The role is located in Tacoma, WA, but some remote work is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Law, Family Law, Legal Issues, and related fields
• Experience drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and engaging in motions and depositions
• Knowledge of local and state laws and regulations affecting family law and personal injury law cases
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to effectively represent clients in court and during negotiations
• Ability to manage a heavy caseload and work independently
• JD from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Washington State
