Nason Yeager is a multi-service law firm, offering a broad range of legal services founded in 1960. Our Palm Beach Gardens branch is currently seeking attorney(s) with 5+ years’ experience in the area of Commercial Litigation.

Candidates must have litigation experience including:

• Ability to handle all aspects of a case in state and federal court, including pre-trial prep, court appearances, motions, depositions, mediations, negotiations, and trials.
• Strong drafting and writing skills.
• Strong research and analytical skills.

What you'll bring to the table:

• Excellent judgment and legal acumen, ability to work effectively under pressure, a teamwork attitude, and keen leadership skills.
• Confidence and expertise to manage cases independently.
• Fortitude to go to trial.
• You will be licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and a member of the Florida Bar in good standing.

This full-time position will be accompanied by a competitive benefits package. You will work in office/onsite at our Palm Beach Gardens location. Portable book of business a plus. Great potential for growth. Salary commensurate with experience.
