Overview We are working with a prestigious San Diego based law firm seeking a Mid-level Corporate M&A Attorney to join their dynamic Business and Technology Team. Responsibilities ●      M &A Transactions: Represent buyers and sellers in both private and public mergers and acquisitions transactions. ●      Document Preparation and Review : Manage the preparation and review of transaction documents, closing documents, due diligence, and disclosure schedules. ●      Corporate Governance : Handle general corporate matters and corporate governance issues. ●      Securities : Experience in securities is a plus and will involve dealing with securities-related transactions. ●      Team Collaboration : Work closely within a team-oriented environment, demonstrating dedication to professionalism, attention to detail, and client relations. ●      Business Development : Actively engage in business development and practice development activities.

Qualifications ●     J.D. degree from an accredited law school. ●     Must be admitted to the California bar. ●     4-6 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions. ●     Strong experience in corporate governance matters. ●     Securities experience is advantageous. ●     Excellent academic credentials. ●     Strong critical analytical skills and high attention to detail. ●     Exceptional communication skills and responsiveness.
