The Responsibilities

• Supporting sales teams in discussions with companies to sell complex technology solutions
• Structuring, drafting, and discussing complex customer agreements for SaaS and other technology enabled products and services, professional services agreements, data processing agreements, intellectual property agreements, and statements of work
• Managing agreements that comply with company policies/risk tolerances and support the continuous improvement of standard form agreements and legal processes
• Provide expert and strategic legal advice to management on all commercial matters
• Keep abreast of legislative changes and proactively making recommendations for policy or product changes required to protect JLL Technologies
• Provide training to the business in relation to legal and risk issues

The Requirements

• J.D. degree and membership in at least on U.S. state bar
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
