Job Description

Bounds Law Group is currently seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join our boutique plaintiff's medical malpractice firm in Winter Park, Florida. The ideal candidate should be a highly skilled trial lawyer with a minimum of eight (8) years of medical malpractice or similarly complex litigation experience, and a strong desire to litigate medical negligence cases.

Responsibilities:

• Handling an active caseload of no more than twenty-five (25) litigation files with minimum supervision.
• Conducting legal research, case analysis and developing effective trial strategies.
• Representing clients in court proceeds, deposition, negotiations, etc.
• Collaborating with the legal team to achieve successful outcomes for our clients.

Qualifications:

• Minimum eight (8) years of experience in medical malpractice litigation.
• Admitted to the Florida Bar.
• Strong trial experience and a proven record of successful case outcomes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and advocacy skills.
