YOUR IMPACT

As we continue to redefine the industry landscape, we are looking for a seasoned and driven Software Commercial Counsel to join our dynamic legal team and play a crucial role in shaping our success.

Contract Negotiation and Drafting:

  • Skillfully draft, review, and negotiate a diverse range of commercial agreements, including SaaS subscription agreements, service level agreements, vendor contracts, and strategic partnerships.
  • Ensure meticulous attention to detail, aligning contracts with legal standards and regulations, and adeptly mitigating potential risks.

Legal Support for Sales and Business Development:

  • Provide strategic legal counsel to our sales and business development teams, facilitating seamless transactions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to structure and negotiate deals that strategically advance the company's objectives.

Risk Management:

  • Identify, evaluate, and manage legal and business risks associated with commercial transactions.
  • Formulate proactive strategies to mitigate risks while maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Contract Management:

  • Assist in utilizing and maintaining a contract management system, including updating playbooks.
  • Oversight to guarantee adherence to contractual obligations, providing support to internal stakeholders.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience as a commercial counsel, with a preference for candidates with a background in the SaaS or technology industry.
  • Comprehensive understanding of SaaS business models and related legal intricacies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, changes in laws and regulations, and provide proactive advice to the business to mitigate legal risks.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments and provide pragmatic legal advice.
