Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate Attorney located in Fresno, CA, with some flexibility for remote work. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing quality legal advice, conducting legal research, negotiating, and representing clients in litigation matters.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Law with a focus on litigation
• Experience in Labor and Employment Law, with knowledge of federal and state regulations and litigation practices
• Ability to provide thorough and accurate legal advice to clients
• Strong research and analytical skills to assist with case preparation and development of legal strategies
• Negotiation skills to assist with settlement discussions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Previous experience representing corporate clients is a plus
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in California
