Successful candidates will have a minimum of 4-6+ years of experience in employment law and litigation at a law firm, a record of outstanding achievement, superior writing and analytical skills and excellent interpersonal skills.

Candidates must have significant experience independently managing cases and caseloads throughout all phases of litigation.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Currently licensed (Active) in the District of Columbia, Maryland or Virginia.
  • 4-6+ years of litigation experience at a law firm.
  • Ability to manage all phases of complex employment litigation.
  • Experience managing caseloads.
  • Review and analyze complex employment agreements.
  • Prepare demands, motions and pleadings.
  • Must be able to have extensive client interaction.
  • Must be able to appear in court.
  • Must be proficient in managing cases.
  • Must be able to take and defend depositions.
  • Must be able to argue motions.
  • Experience preparing for and attending trials, arbitrations, settlement conferences and
  • mediation.
  • Possess a demonstrated history of excellence in their career, as well as a passion for
  • serving clients.
  • Must have excellent attention to detail, stellar organizational skills and the ability to
  • communicate well.
