Our client seeks an associate with 5+ years of employment litigation experience to work on the firm’s PEO and staffing industry team. The team consists of over 40 lawyers across the country who specialize in the PEO and staffing industries. Experience with joint employer or multiple employer issues is desired, but not mandatory. Qualified candidates will be comfortable drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting and arguing motions, as well as taking and defending depositions.

The yearly salary range for this position is $235,000 – $260,000. Actual base pay within this range varies depending on experience and education.
