Are you an experienced attorney with a keen eye for detail and a passion for bankruptcy law? Our high-volume filing bankruptcy firm is seeking dedicated attorneys to join our team, specifically in the Western District and Northern District of Texas. As a key player in our firm, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our case dockets, ensuring timely filings, and representing our clients' interests with precision and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of bankruptcy cases in either the Western District or Northern District of Texas.
  • Oversee and maintain case dockets, ensuring all deadlines are met and filings are completed accurately and promptly.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents for court filings.
  • Represent clients in bankruptcy court proceedings, including hearings and motions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective case management and client communication.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar of Texas with specific experience in bankruptcy law.
  • Experience managing a high volume of bankruptcy cases is essential.
  • Familiarity with the local rules and procedures of either the Western District or Northern District of Texas.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Salary: From $90,000.00 per year
