Role Description This is a full-time on-site Attorney role located in Tampa, FL. The Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice to clients, conducting legal research, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court. The Attorney will also be responsible for drafting legal documents, attending court hearings, depositions, and trials, and collaborating with colleagues and clients.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience
• Excellent legal research skills
• Proficiency in negotiating settlements and resolving legal disputes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload and manage time effectively
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Licensure to practice law in Florida
