Job Description:

The Legal Assistant position will report to the Manager, Legal Operations and offers an excellent opportunity to work in a unique environment, where dedication is recognized, and new ideas are welcomed. The applicant will be primarily responsible for supporting the company’s Chief Legal Officer and in-house legal team. The role requires superior attention to detail, great organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines and juggle multiple projects. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information is required.

Responsibilities

  • Handle details of a highly confidential and critical nature which require in-depth knowledge of departmental, company and network operations, policies, procedures and systems
  • Prepare legal documents, including contracts
  • Manage network contracts throughout the full contract lifecycle
  • Triage, manage and fulfill legal requests that are submitted through the Company’s service request portal
  • Own signature collection and contract approval process

  • Ability to effectively handle shifting priorities and adapt to changing demands in a dynamic environment
  • Capacity to handle multiple projects at a time

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity using Microsoft Outlook
  • Minimum 3 years administrative experience
  • Comfortable with using technology systems and platforms for work management
  • A genuine interest in legal
  • Public notary highly preferred
  • Experience with ServiceNow, ContractWorks, Monday.com, DocuSign, strongly preferred

Work Location

  • Nashville office with flexibility around hybrid schedule and remote work to be scheduled in conjunction with Manager, Legal Operations.
