M&A/Restructuring Attorney

Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice on complex public merger and acquisition (M&A) transactions, restructuring and other corporate strategic transactions, including structuring, diligence, drafting and negotiating term sheets and definitive transaction documentation, and supporting closing transactions and post-closing integration.
  • Provide legal advice on a variety of public and private capital markets transactions, associated legal documentation and management of ongoing questions regarding such matters.
  • Help with other special corporate projects and such other activities as may be assigned by the General Counsel.

Qualifications:

  • 5th or 6th year associate from Big Law firm specializing in Restructuring
  • Active membership in the NY state bar

Comp: $225-$250k base, $300-325k all in
