Position Description:
This is an Assistant General Counsel position within Kinder Morgan, Inc.’s corporate legal group, reporting to the Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Secretary and supporting several functions within Kinder Morgan, including corporate development, commercial, and business development within the Products, CO2 and Natural Gas Pipelines business segments. The candidate must be an experienced and versatile lawyer capable of handling complex legal matters and business transactions. This is a position in Kinder Morgan’s headquarters office in Houston, Texas and is eligible to participate in a hybrid work model. Core responsibilities would include the following:
