As a Manager – Compliance, you will provide strategic design and implementation, day-to-day support, and oversight of the Company's compliance and ethics activities, including but not limited to the Company's Code of Conduct (Ethics) compliance, government contract compliance, and import/export regulatory compliance.

In this role you will:

  • Analyze requests for government related quotes/terms/conditions/contracts to ensure they are processed/negotiated/executed/closed out to facilitate business with suppliers/customers in a manner that minimizes Company exposure to contractual/financial/regulatory risk; respond to related inquiries.
  • Examine contracts and import/export business practices to determine Federal government contracting compliance requirements; develop processes and documentation to satisfy requirements.
  • Oversee import/export compliance program, responsible for field instructions for import/export, supervise Export Coordinator.
  • Provide support, investigative, and/or oversight work in connection with issues related to the Company's Ethics Hotline at the direction of the Senior Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel.
  • Research requirements and create plans for collecting and reporting to the Federal government.
  • Coordinate with internal and outside counsel on compliance and investigative matters.
  • Monitor government, ethics, and other compliance requirements and the Company's internal compliance plans for periodic updates when needed.
  • Report on the effectiveness and operation of the compliance and ethics program, in compliance with the Federal Sentencing Guidelines.
  • Oversee small/diversity business program, review and approve reporting to regulatory authorities, supervise Small Business Program Administrator.
  • Provide review and advice to subsidiaries regarding government contracting, compliance, export, and ethics matters.

What you bring to the table:

  • Minimum 10 years experience in ethics, government contract, and import/export compliance; experience participating in and/or coordinating government inquiries

  • 4 year degree required

  • Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional

  • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FARs); import/export regulations; contract terminology

  • Written, oral, and presentation skills

  • Analytical and problem solving skills

  • Interpersonal, investigative, and negotiations skills

  • Organizational, time management, and multitasking skills; ability to meet deadlines

  • Supervisory and leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise staff and achieve results through others

  • Ability to define, implement, and process contract requirements

  • Ability to maintain confidential information

  • Some travel required

Compensation Details:

  • The expected rate of pay for this position is starting at $84,000 annually depending on experience.
  • This position is also bonus eligible - based on specific and relevant business metrics.
