Legal.io is working with an mid-size tech company seeking an legal operations candidates. This is a 6 month contract.

Note this role is 90% remote, but does require 1 - 3 days per month on-site in Palo Alto, CA.

In particular, we’re seeking individuals with the following experience:

CLM / Contract Administration:

• Support the contract execution process by tracking/procuring signatures, monitoring deadlines, and providing all required documentation.
• Support our contract management system, e.g. ensuring all documentation is organized and up to date, answering stakeholder questions, and identifying improvements to help scale our business.
• Provide recommendations for the improvement of intake, review, and signature workflows.
• Prepare basic legal documents, agreements, and correspondence, as needed.
• Tools: Ironclad, Zendesk, JIRA/Atlassian

Privacy:

• Support the company's privacy program through, for example, managing the intake and processing of data subject requests made pursuant to privacy laws, and tracking vendors, databases, and data flows generally through data maps.

Miscellaneous:

• Help lead Legal Team and/or cross-functional projects to drive business outcomes. Assist with legal and/or compliance projects, such as developing training materials and SOPs, evaluating and onboarding third-party (vendor) tools, and assisting with privacy documentation.
• Create, update and maintain knowledge management resources. Actively engage with all parts of the organization to help answer questions about legal policies and procedures.
• Provide various administrative support to the Legal Team.
• Assist with corporate secretarial matters, including but not limited to, liaising with internal stakeholders and outside vendors to execute corporate documents needing to be notarized and apostilled.
