Overview

National Debt Relief is seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Compliance Manager to join our team in the financial services sector. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the organization's adherence to regulatory requirements, developing, and implementing compliance policies and procedures, and providing guidance to staff on compliance matters.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with regulatory bodies.
• Respond to inquiries and requests for information from regulatory authorities.
• Stay abreast of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards affecting the financial services sector.
• Ensure the organization's practices and policies align with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential compliance risks.
• Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, law, or a related field preferred.
• Advanced degree or certification in compliance is a plus.
• 6 years related experience required, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Previous experience in policy development and compliance is a plus.
• Proven experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.
• Proven experience in a compliance role within the financial services industry.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, laws, and industry best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to interpret and apply complex regulatory requirements.

Compensation Information

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings. The salary for this position is $99,000 - $119,500.
